We run appraisals in Argus Developer or Microsoft Excel to assess development viability. The appraisals include detailed cashflow to assess the development timing and interest payments. We interpret the appraisals results to advise on scheme amendments to ensure the development is optimised.

 

We run sensitivity analysis of our results to assess how the changes in the inputs impact the development viability. We undertake soft market testing to ensure recommendations are market facing.  We bring the analysis together in the form of delivery advice.
