Urbà provides Expert Witness advice at local plan inquiries and planning appeals.  Our work involves providing evidence to support the appropriate level of planning obligations for planning appeals, the loss of employment space and presenting them in a manner that stands up to third party scrutiny. We attend hearings and inquiries to present our evidence and respond to questions raised.
