Urbà undertakes development appraisals for a variety of purposes including for Section 106 negotiations and enabling development of heritage assets. We use specialist software Argus Developer or create bespoke models using Microsoft Excel. We know the importance of well researched inputs and assumptions to underpin development appraisals. In doing so, we draw our data from multiple sources and ensure appropriate adjustments are made.
We are able to interpret the outputs of the appraisals and what refinements are required to ensure developments are optimised.
